- Accommodation payment can be made in two instalments: First instalment: 60%. Second instalment: 40%. You can also choose to make the full payment at once.

We have the following Cancellation Policy for Cancellations made by the travel:
Payment to Munay Sonqo: A 60% of double accommodation rate non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on this retreat. If you are registering for a group in a double occupancy group, The 60% deposit needs to be paid for each person. The final balance payment of 40% of double accommodation rate is due is due on February 30, 2025. If you cancel before the final balance is due we will refund any payments you have made, minus the non-refundable deposit. If you register for the retreat after February 30 the full payment amount is due upon registration. 

The total cost of the retreat is $2,704 USD per participant. Payment Structure: The total amount will be divided into two separate payments, distributed as follows:
Payment to Munay Sonqo: $1260 USD This payment covers the costs of accommodation, meals, and the use of facilities.
Payment to Sacred Woman School: $1444 USD This payment covers the costs associated with the training, ceremonies, and workshops specific to the retreat. We will provide a link to pay the remaining balance directly to the school. Full payment including the initial deposit is refunded if the Retreat is canceled due to low enrolment.

Cancellation policy at Sacred Woman School. This is cancelation policy is nonrefundable, it holds a nonrefundable agreement due to any circumstance before, during or after you have completed the New Earth Medicine Woman Program . Once you are registered the funds become the school’s, in the any of the forms receiving payment through deposit, installments or full payment of program. You can use the funds for selective trainings offered by the SWS with Malieokalani being the main guide and teacher of the training and it is essential for the training to be taken within 12 months from the date of the original training you registered. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, however we will have incurred expenses that, once paid, cannot be refunded. No one purchases a program with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Once registered, the fee is non-refundable but you can use the amount for a future workshop or program guided by Malieokalani. Should you cancel your participation in the Training for any reason, the cancellation policy outlined above will apply, with no exceptions. It is important that you fully read and thoroughly understand our cancellation policy. This cancellation policy is designed to protect both Training/Program leaders and the participants. By making the first payment to Sacred Woman School you agree on our cancelation policy.
