Ashley Boice
Ashley is a seasoned Jivamukti Yoga instructor known for her energetic, creative vinyasa flow sequencing and hands-on adjustments. She incorporates chanting, yoga philosophy, breathwork, and meditation into her classes to create the full yoga experience. Ashley is also a Yin Yoga instructor, Breathwork Coach, and practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga.
Ashley believes that the practice of yoga can bring us back to ourselves time and time again. No matter how far we stray from our paths, the practice always reminds us of who we truly are and brings us back into alignment with our highest Self. By removing the distractions of everyday life & carving out the time to return to our mat, we can slow down and connect to what resides in our hearts, allowing us to step into our most authentic version of ourselves. Ashley has a deep passion & calling to share the practices of yoga with her community. From the moment you step into her class, she will make you feel like family.
